About Me
Dr. Helen Cai-Schor was born in Manhattan and grew up in New Jersey.

Dr. Helen Cai-Schor was born in Manhattan and grew up in New Jersey.


She received a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Maryland and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, a participant of the Community Health Honors program, and a teaching assistant for the pre-clinical laboratory course which was selected based on manual competency. She completed a General Practice Residency at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.
During her training at UPenn, at their Community Health Honors partner Philadelphia FIGHT, and at Jacobi Medical Center, Dr. Cai’s patients have included people living with HIV, psychiatric inpatients, and people with developmental disabilities. She believes in meticulous and sensitive care no matter a patient's circumstances.
In her spare time, Dr. Cai enjoys cooking, social dancing, and is working on sewing and knitting her wardrobe, having made over 250 pieces including her wedding dress.
